HKREITA’s Proposal to Amend the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) to Permit Electronic Signatures for Land and Property Transactions and Stamp Duty Documents

Hong Kong REITS Association (HKREITA) wrote to the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer to propose legislative amendments to the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) to permit electronic signatures in land and property transactions, and in documents governed by the Stamp Duty Ordinance (Cap. 117).
