Objectives of HKREITA include:
Promote communication, cooperation and joint promotion among various stakeholders in the REIT sector in Hong Kong and cross markets
Represent the REIT industry in communicating with policy makers the industry’s views
Conduct research on issues of common concern in the industry and provide industry reports for Members’ reference to explore market opportunities
