Members ‘event – Guide Tour to Asia Logistics Hub – SF Centre

Hong Kong REITS Association (HKREITA) arranged a guided tour around Asia Logistics Hub – SF Centre in Tsing Yi on 21 June for more than 50 members and partners.

Asia Logistics Hub – SF Centre was completed in 2014 and is a 15-storey (plus one basement level) ramp-up modern logistics property with a total GLA of approximately 160,322 sq.m.. The property is designed for operating at a high level of throughput functioning 24-hours a day, comprising (a) a distribution centre equipped with automatic sorting and supply chain support facilities; (b) carpark spaces and warehouses; and (c) ancillary offices.

Members and partners of HKREITA were interested in learning about the precise design of the automatic sorting and distribution of the parcels and were able to exchange views and insights over the networking lunch afterwards.
